For the restaurant, La Vaquera, our focus was on art, plants, and stylistic décor that would deepen the restaurant’s identity and bring its spirit to life. Inspired by its bold yet welcoming ethos, we curated a mix of custom paintings by local artists, gallery pieces, antique pottery, and prints that celebrate the restaurant’s fusion of heritage and modern energy. Lush greenery, sourced with intention, spills from handmade terra cotta pots atop the XL bar built-ins, creating an organic, lived-in feel that mirrors La Vaquera’s effortless warmth. Every detail was thoughtfully placed, making the space feel as though it has been lovingly collected over time—just like the stories shared around its tables.
