Shipping Policy
- We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue:
- Email us at hello@studioehlen.com with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for damaged items.
Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
