Nestled in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, the historic Swanner House was lovingly restored to honor its rich past while breathing new life into its spaces. We preserved and refinished original elements, like the hardwood floors, while incorporating period-appropriate wallpaper, antique décor, and worn-in leather pieces that evoke its early 20th-century charm. The barn was thoughtfully reimagined with a dry bar and an art wall, while the barn bathroom received a full gut renovation featuring handmade tile and vibrant, era-inspired wallpaper. Now redesigned as a wedding venue and private event space, the property is being enjoyed more than ever, with thoughtful additions such as a groom’s suite, bridal suite, and honeymoon suite that seamlessly blend history with modern-day celebrations.
